What are my options for life insurance?

Term Insurance: This is the most cost-effective type of insurance when initially purchased. It is created to meet temporary needs. It provides security for a specific period of time, aka the "term", and generally pays a benefit only if you die during that term.
Permanent Insurance: Provides lifelong protection. Due to it's design to last a lifetime, permanent life insurance accumulates cash value and is priced for you to keep it over a long period of time.
